This post inspired mine above this week.  I think it’s a good piece on the need to determine where technology provides value and improves efficiency and where we need people to carry out the integral parts of the strategy.

I liked this post on the ERE session on Employee Referral Programs.  I think the key here is it’s not something you just turn on but something that you need to take some effort thinking through and improving.

I Really Don’t Give a S&*T About Your CEO by Tim Sackett (@TimSackett)

Great points here that made me laugh.  And Tim’s right, value comes from product and execution combined.  It needs to produce measurable results to be worth anything (and come with a Diet Dew.)  A CEO is only impressive to a point.

The Power of Recommendations: What Are Employees Saying About You? by Carol Gronlund (@CarolGronlund)

Short piece that sets the stage here.  Advocacy not only from your employees but candidates and fans is going to become integral to recruiting in the near future.
