There are so many problems that takes to convince a candidate for a contract position. Does anybody has some specific ideas to how to converse in these cases?
I am not talking about a specific candidate..... these is a major problem when the candidate is already working as a fulltime employee.... which becomes easier when he/she is a contractor.... and so on....
