Your responsibilities will include:

**Strategic sourcing of corporate or sales positions.
**Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify passive
candidates.
**Pipeline creation and management
**Proactive identification of sourcing solutions including cold calling,
database management and Internet mining.
**Screen, Interview and Assess candidates.
**Identify trends and expertise in external marketplace for attracting
the best talent by keeping up to date with articles, joining news
groups, online communities, attending conferences and training as
appropriate.
