I'm a little bit confused. You can already post jobs for free on Facebook, and search candidates. What does the $395 add that you cannot already do?

With the jobster application, facebook users are able to sign up to opt-in to your talent network on Facebook. This gives you the ability to directly send them communications about events, jobs, etc.

The numbers above reflect opt-in contacts for each company above after 1 week.
