As in every endeavor knowledge is power. In the world of staffing & recruiting there is so much to know. The good news is that this site is like a wonderful town square, where like minded people go to gather and share the news of the day. There are so many interesting conversations to participate in. When I spend a little time looking around and then stop to read a blog post or watch a video, I always leave empowered with encouraging ideas and practical strategies and tactics freely shared.

The notion that there is a constant pulse found here at RecruitingBlogs, a pulse that is the persistent sharing of quality info from contributors with years of real world experience. Wow, how great is that!

Recruiting Blogs, to use a new media term, is like a MASHUP. many many contributors with many different experiences, styles, methods, perspectives all artfully given voice in one vibrant community Recruiting Blogs. Cool!
