I am writing to this today to formally announce that I have left Paramount Recruiting Partners, LLC as a Founding Partner and will be joining my other prized possession – Kingmaker International, Inc. – on a full-time, permanent basis as President/CEO. Whereas Paramount Recruiting Partners, LLC was akin to a crown jewel, Kingmaker International, Inc. is the crown itself!

This decision follows months of prayerful consideration and discussions as I ultimately decided that it was time to do for Kingmaker what we had done for PRP - “Deliver Peak Performers in Sales, Peak Performance in Recruiting…” - except this time the challenge will be to do that on a much larger scale and not just in a Sales & Marketing capacity. While Sales & Marketing recruiting will continue to play a key role in our firm's growth and development, Kingmaker will also feature a separate division of Recruiting Specialists that will serve as “all the king’s horses, and all the king’s men” to assist our clients in filling any non-Sales strategic positions by leveraging their expertise and contacts/networks.

I want to personally thank all of you (you know who you are!) for your business and trust at various times over the last 2 years as it is greatly appreciated. While it wasn’t always easy, the successes we’ve been a part of together have far outweighed any failures, which were few and far between anyways. Furthermore, none of my success would’ve been possible without you so thank you very much.

It is precisely this track record of mutual success that also prompts me to reach out to you today with a simple request. If you're in a position to make this kind of decision I would like to humbly ask you for your company’s business whether in the immediate and/or distant future. It is important that I let all of my trusted and valued business partners know that you will continue to receive the same exceptional service, the same exceptional candidates, and the same exceptional results. The only thing that will change is the name of the firm that made it happen since I plan to not only duplicate, but greatly improve upon the PRP business model.
