With the advent of new technologies, such as blogs, podcasts and vlogs, it is even more important for the self promoting recruiter to maintain an active presence. Because I recognize this, I try my best to stay connected through social networking, etc.

So, to my old friends and especially the friends I've yet to meet, allow me to say; "Hello!"

I first entered the business in 1993 at Olsten in Phoenix, AZ. Since that time I have consulted, contracted and worked in a variety of recruiting positions, but currently specialize in IT/Engineering where I have been since 1997. As a Business Development Manager, it is my job to understand the needs of my potential clients and match our candidate delivery technology, sourcing and search methodologies with each ones individual needs, whether for a skilled development consultant or an in depth search for a CTO.

In general, I like to roll up my sleeves and maintain a pipeline of candidates I exclusively represent for the Phoenix market.
