As a Human Resource Director you will act as the lead HR generalist for the Industrial and Manufacturing business segments within the Business and Industry Facility Services Division. The Human Resource Director partners closely with the regional and functional Vice Presidents in an advisory capacity driving leadership and change management activities. Duties include, but are not limited to, labor relations, HR process management, talent acquisition and talent development. You will act as a strategic business partner with regional management and execute the business imperatives which include driving succession planning, participation in sales presentations and organizational development activities.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with five to ten years of human resources experience. Masters or MBA preferred. Experience with companies operating in multi-site, multi-state operations is required. Preferred experience would include previous work with companies within the Manufacturing, Commercial, Industrial, Facility Services or Hospitality industries. This position has 3 direct reports, prior experience leading teams is essential. Overnight travel approximately 40-60%.
