RESUMES ARE DEAD AS DOORNAILS BUT NOT AS EXCITING

As the originator of bioblogs, a new art form for traditional resumes, I am interested in what recruiters think about them and particularly, if they don't care for them, what they suggest as an alternative to the look-alike resumes that circulate these days.

For those who haven't yet seen a bioblog, here's where to see them:
1stbioblogger.wordpress.com
bioblogger.typepad.com

Color and b/w samples are shown on these blogs, and recruiters who are used to working with the top tier performers should be able to see the value in their using bioblogs rather than chronological or functional resumes to depict their personal brand and creative character.

How did you come up with this idea?
This is not the best place to come up with this, but how are you doing? I have thought about you many times since I met you in San Antonio and last saw you at 110 Bowery, I am back in SA now and just wanted to say Howdy, it seems you are doing well, I would know your face any where, nice pic. Drop me a note if you wish
Peace and best wishes - Laura
