Tandel Systems is helping SAIC and DIA in developing various aspects to acquire contractor personnel to assist it in supporting the Comprehensive National Cyber Initiative (CNCI) vision by bridging key relevant communities within DIA to assure action leading to the establishment of a cyber defense capability, leveraging pre-existing capabilities to ensure maximum yield. The services to achieve this vision include but are not limited to providing: insider threat/cyber investigative detection, improving Operational Security (OPSEC), developing Operations/Cyber-Technical Security Countermeasures (TSCM), develop a Cyber Defense Threat Fusion center, and performing Cyber Defense Analysis and Awareness.

DIA will be postured to aggressively investigate cyber activity targeting DIA information and its information infrastructure. To achieve this, the Counterintelligence and Security Activity (DAC) will form an office to conduct: 1) cyber investigations based on remote network intrusions, supply chain attacks and insider threats; 2) OPSEC surveys employing the latest tools to assess the Agency’s information ‘footprint’, to include use of Cyber – Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM); 3) Cyber Threat Fusion / Analysis; and, 4) Cyber Tools.

I was wondering if you had an interest in a long term contract. I have a need for Cyber Investigators, OPSEC Operations/Cyber-TSCM.
