when you create an account and profile on roundpegs.com, you answer a series of questions that defines you as a job seeker/a job posting. The technology matches based on this criteria - and provides and ranks results that most closely meet that criteria. So there is no more inefficient keyword searching of "ASP.NET developer" or "Marketing Manager" -- your resuls are provided to you based on the information you provide about the job!
