Position: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Naperville, IL Dallas, TX and Jacksonville FL
Full-time Position

Alberg Software Inc is looking for a Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager to join our Dallas team.

***Do you have a proven track record of success in and outside IT Staffing Sales?

***Are you competitive, aggressive and money motivated?

The position requires heavy cold calling, client visits, great negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
** Extensive business development/sales experience in the information technology consulting arena.
** Experienced and effective in developing business relationships with key decision makers of local Fortune 1000 companies and referral sources. Candidates should have a solid local business network.
** Business acumen; ability to understand and communicate our company**s vision, strategy, marketplace, and value proposition to all stakeholders.
** Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
** Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
** Embrace our core values and possess the decisiveness and determination to protect those core values.

Job Duties:
* Working closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritizing client staffing requirements
* Providing detailed requirements information to recruiting staff.
* Presenting qualified candidates to those clients, and managing the interview process
* Closing consultant engagements with such clients.
* Developing and maintaining client contacts/relationships
* Entering all activities in database in a timely manner
* Executing sales and marketing plans laid out by Executive management
