Sr. Relationship Project Manager
• Interfaces daily with Senior PM's on the Credit Card LOB on CIG Projects from inception through implementation.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple project plans spanning customer call center applications.
• Responsible in driving and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Role is NOT a people mgmt position.
• Facilitate meetings, develop and maintain MS Project Plan
• Issue Mgmt, budget, resource planning
• Strategic thinking, ability to quickly learn.
• OUTSTANDING interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are MANDATORY
• Financial Project Background experience Required.
• Internet based CIG project experience delivery preferred
• CIG is the group that designs and implements JPMC internet site for all the lines of business (retail, credit card, etc.)
