Position: Branch Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:

 Executing Branch Banking strategies to achieve overall target in sales and services;
 Ensuring the delivery of highest level of service to customers to achieve greater customer satisfaction;
 Growing customer base and build bank and customer relationship;
 Achieving a high level work efficiency at the branch.

SELECTION CRITERIA
 A university degree preferably in Business/Marketing or related discipline;
 3-5 years managerial experience in financial services industry;
 Sound knowledge of bank products and instruments;
 Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
 Effective presentation and writing skills;
 Team player with strong leadership qualities with proven people management skills.
