free cigs from the government, did they actually do that? Jerry, I've been in Canada for over 12 years, haven't heard of that before!! (Does that mean I'm ignorant of the ways of the Canadian government? or am I aging you?)

Hi Maha. I just recall from my trips "up north" it seemed everyone had a cig going. Maybe I just assumed they were provided by the government. Hopefully one of the guys in Toronto can clarify this for me/us.
