Any ideas on strategic ways to find JAVA candidates???

Hi Christina,

Yes, There are various strategies but the best way is to download couple of FAQ's on JAVA or which ever technology you work. If it is a Contract position better be in touch with some Vendors from whom u will easy get a H1 holder. If it's full-time I am sure already know hot to proceed
