Can anyone help me out in understanding why I am experiencing so much difficulty finding anyone with SEAM development experience? I realize that it is relatively new, but is it that rare?

Any information will be greatly appreciated. Also if I have not done this properly, please do let me know, I'm new to "blogging" and hope this post is appropriate.
