I use it and love it. Tried a demo 4 years ago and it's great. I researched a ton of them before signing on w/cbiz. For the cost and capabilities you can't beat it. It does everything the more expensive ones do, such as downloading hundreds of resumes at once with one click, etc.

It's also very easy to get up and running with it.

Do you also have to have memberships with other sites? Monster..etc?? I assume??

Bob,
Cbiz is separate from other sites. Maybe I'm not understanding what you are asking but you don't need to have a membership to Monster to use cbiz. I don't use Monster at all. What you can do with cbiz though is if you are online, whether you do a google search or are on a board that you do have a membership to, if you see a resume/profile that you like, you can just highlight it and click a button and cbiz will import the data and create a candidate shell.
