Web-Based Employer/Candidate Database & Profiling System for Sale

My former company developed a unique candidate database/profiling system to meet the needs of our growing executive search/staffing firm. The company has since closed (I now work independently), but I still own the rights to the software and wish to sell it. This web-based profiling system is perfect for a staffing firm with multiple recruiters or with a bit of tweaking and refinement, could be used as a job board.

This system is truly the first of it's kind because it allows all parties involved in the recruiting process to access the same information. Think of "Match.com" for recruiters.

Features and benefits of the system are:
FOR EMPLOYERS:
-- Web-based: the client is assigned a unique user ID and password and can log-in at any time/any place
-- Create a new job search requisition
-- View open, filled and closed searches
-- View candidates submitted for open positions
-- View candidate's formal resume (download Word doc or PDF), photograph, work history and "In My Own Words" section
-- Access candidate profiles for filled and closed searches
-- Request and schedule interview times

FOR RECRUITERS:
-- Web-based resource for tracking all search progress
-- Multiple recruiters can access the system at the same time, perfect for those working remote
-- Collects and compiles all candidate data
-- Notes section allows recruiter to add their own comments to the candidate's profile
-- To submit a candidate to a client, merely send them an email letting them know to log-in to their account
-- Data collected is customized based on the client's needs

FOR CANDIDATES:
-- Easy to use and complete a profile
-- Permanent candidate file in the recruiter's database

DATA COLLECTED INCLUDES:
-- Formal resume - data is parsed from resume and automatically fills in many of the candidate profile fields
-- Work/compensation history
-- Photograph
-- References
-- "In My Own Words" section, allowing the recruiter to add open ended questions that the employer would like to see answered prior to the interview. This can also be customized to include any type of personality/skill assessments the employer requires.

The system then creates a dossier of the candidate that, once approved, is live for the employer to access.

can you set up a webex or a goto meeting?
Comment by Thad Greer on August 20, 2008 at 2:05pm
I'll do that today. Should we plan for a few days out to give people enough time to plan?

how about Tuesday. please send me details where one needs to go to sign up. also, I would keep it short and do a quick over view of the best parts of the system and why you think it is great. this way, if someone is interested they can get in touch after for a more indepth viewing of it. Good Luck with this and let me know the page I should send people to.
