I am just learning about reverse postings. Is anyone an expert that can share with me how to set up a web page on myspace or any other networking site?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Michelle

Michelle,

I might be understanding what you're asking by a different name. Can you give me an example of what you mean by a reverse job posting?

Art,

Thanks for responding! I appreciate it.

I went through a webinar on Myspace and companies like NAS Recruitment and Sprint had created mini company websites and were pulling in contacts by asking questions like, "Is myspace a good recruiting tool?" When people responded they pulled them into their contacts and then were able to send mass emails. Does that make sense? I really don't fully understand it, but I would sure like too.

Have a good one!

Michelle,

I have to say that my opinion is you want to build a trust based relationship from the beginning.

A company that did something like this to me would lose crediability faster than Phelps outswimming a shark.
