Summary: The Development Team Lead is responsible for directly managing development staff. This role will be expected to create and enforce development standards and best practices and provide tactical guidance on projects to development staff. In addition to their leadershiop responsibilities, the Development Team Lead will also perform development activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Work with team to define business parameters and initiatives. Identify gaps in development process; define and implement process resolutions.
• Delegate tasks to team members as needed. Ensure team is following defined standards processes.
• Escalate to management staff when needed. Develop applications and processes based on technical specifications and development standards.
• Write clear and concise system documentation. Aid in the definition and enforcement of development and reporting standards for the IT organization.
• Provide coaching to members of the development staff on development and reporting best practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support -s Commitment to Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least three years experience programming in SQL and ASP.Net using both VB.Net and C#. Experience programming in ASP, VB, Ajax, and DTS a plus.
• Previous management or lead experience a plus. Systems analysis and design. Knowledge of relational database design to third normal form.
• Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable. Excellent written and verbal communication
