Call Me Crazy? Recruiting Comes To CPGjobs (Finally!)

A tough economy, belt tightening at budget time, and a highly contested presidential election cycle…yes, the timing is perfect for launching a new recruiting business division!

After months of planning, we launched CPGjobs Recruiting this week and the response has been incredibly positive. You may be scratching your head, but I think the current state of the economy makes this a perfect time to launch a business that helps those of us in the recruiting industry:
1) Save time
2) Save money
3) Make clients happier

Here’s the idea behind CPGjobs Recruiting: we offer recruiters access to the most highly qualified and sought after passive and active candidates on the planet – those with solid experience in Consumer Packaged Goods. We offer this access at an exceptional, value-oriented price. And we help our recruiters screen and qualify only those candidates their clients are most interested in seeing. Simple. No sifting through thousands of (unqualified) candidate resumes. No hours spent pre-screening candidates on the telephone. And if a recruiter wants to work on a split-fee basis, we’ll do it.

Actually, I can’t take total credit for this idea. I have received so many calls from recruiters over the past several years asking for this business, and it looks like (their) brilliant idea was a good one. Now, recruiters’ open positions can sit right alongside those of our other clients – some of the largest CPG companies on the planet – at prices that won’t put even the smallest recruiting firm in the poorhouse.

Call me crazy, but I think helping recruiters do their jobs more efficiently, saving them time and money is a great business to be in in a down economy. Call me to find out more about this new product just for you.
