Have you seen OnForce.com? They also have a few lesser known competitors.

Aside from OnForce, the only other technology solution close to BountyJobs are contingent labor/ temporary staffing Vendor Management Solutions (VMS)s like ProcureStaff. These are usually better suited for much larger organizations as they typically don't leverage a marketplace model but rather leverage vendors they are under-contract with or offer a vendor neutral system where employers contract with the temporary staff providers directly.
