Todd Raphael of ERE Media spoke with me by phone recently about recruiting and employment trends, including: college recruiting, employer branding, technology innovation, and the use of social media in recruiting.
Todd has been with ERE Media for three years after spending seven years with Workforce Management. In his own words, he keeps a "close watch" on the field of recruiting and business trends and steers the content-focus of the ERE Media properties, of which there are several.
