ARCHITECTURAL SALES REP NEEDED FOR NY METRO

Our client is a leader in the design and manufacture of fully-integrated architectural glass and metal building envelope systems for the commercial construction industry.
Seeking a seasoned Sales Rep familiar with the commercial construction community in New York City, Boston and Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

· Identify, initiate and build relationships with commercial product specifiers, (architects, designers, GC’s, project owners)

· Develop, plan and execute major architectural presentations

· Build relationships with key commercial distributors including training of distributor Sales Reps

· Generate commercial specifications for company products

· Manage the sales process form product selection through product delivery and job completion. Maintain relationships with distributors contractors and project owners to ensure successful delivery of product and close of sales process

· Support the development of strategies, processes and methodologies to create a national commercial sales program for company products

· Develop and present continuing education programs for the architectural and design community

· Achieve established sales targets

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree

· Minimum 5 years experience in sales of commercial building products

· Strong knowledge of architectural market

· Demonstrated track record of sales success

· Ability to work independently

· Function as part of a management team

· Strong written and oral communications skills

· Strong computer skills

Salary up to $150K plus 30% bonus
