There's a reason people associate used-car salesmen with charlatans. Cars went from a luxury to an absolute necessity, and with the proliferation of models, brands and personalization of automobiles, who's to know if the one you're getting is better or worse than an equally priced one next door?

Similarly, Software Professionals have gone from targeting their careers to sophisticated design of top secret military programs or higher education applications to being requested for pretty much every single possible industry. From local school systems to management consultants to multi-national cup holder manufacturers and everything in-between, there's a need for software and the people who make it come to life. And kill it after it threatens to halt production due to unexpected bugs. And fix the bugs. And make it come back to life again.

Same thing goes with IT. Every office has an "IT Guy" or gal, sometimes more than one....and more often than not, a whole IT department. No matter your industry or even the size of your company, you'll always need the services of that person who handles communications, data storage and everyday tools of your company.

Given this evolving scenario, there's a sea of candidates out there....very similar in education and previous experience. How do you tell them apart....?

You know how you just know that your daughter's boyfriend is up to no good, just by looking at him...and you can't explain to her how you know? Well, it's kind of like that. We have the experience to know who's safe for your company to catch a movie with. Or design your tools.

We filled hundreds of openings for well known global Software leaders over the past 15 years. We have a strong blend of clients in Enterprise Business Applications, as well as more IT oriented Software Applications....from Entry Level up through C-Level within the following functional areas:

Information Technology

We are open to discuss Sourcing Strategies to help recruiters become more efficient.
