Need help sourcing

Ironically, I am looking for a junior sourcer and can't seem to find anyone with the skill set. Work location is NYC and skill set is 1-6 years of internet sourcing and name generation. I have been using the job boards and linkedin. Am I missing anything?

Check out the SourcersGuild and MagicMethod. You should find someone in there...

You can also look in the MagicMethod group and the Cybersleuthing group here on RBC...
