“There is only one Kevin Wheeler and I don’t know if words can accurately describe the joy and learning from working with him! I’ve worked with Kevin for a number of years on a multitude of projects and in each case have been delighted with both the outcome and the process. Kevin’s depth of knowledge coupled with his warmth and authentic enjoyment for his clients and work is unprecedented. The knowledge Kevin brings to each engagement spans industries, geographies, social trends and much more to deliver an engaging and thought provoking experience. Kevin’s contributions have helped further results in a manner consistent with the unique need, culture and audience of each engagement. “Kevin was introduced to me as an expert in the field of Talent & Recruitment in 2004 during one of his visits to New Zealand. Before that I was an avid reader of his on-line publications and articles on the subject. In the time following our introduction, I have attended several conference events where Kevin has been a keynote speaker and have gleaned invaluable learning from him on global trends in talent, work design of the future, recruitment analytics and related topics. I have also engaged Kevin to deliver presentations on talent issues to senior level management and hiring decision makers within my previous organisation and found this to be an excellent training and education opportunity to highlight key messages to this stakeholder group. This has in turn enabled me to drive talent initiatives within my organisation to a higher level. Kevin is both professional and knowledgeable, but in spite of his vast experience, he is also both personable and an all round “nice guy”. It has been my privelege to be associated with him, and my sincere wish is that our association will continue long into the future.”

Carol Brown, Group Recruitment Manager, Beca NZ (June 11, 2007)
