Today is my first day of having to drive into and work in the office. I have worked so long from my home that I'm kind of in shock. I have to get up an hour earlier, dress up with actual makeup on my face :), drive the 'Mom Taxi' before and after work, arrange for someone to pick up my kids from school, use more gas, and pay for lunch (since I forgot to bring mine today). I had forgotten how good I had it by being able to work remotely. The upside to this is that I am now on some great accounts that I should be able to make lots of hires on. I guess everything great requires a greater sacrifice. We also have a free gym at the office, so at least I can run on the treadmill for 30 minutes per day instead of doing laundry on my lunch break.
