As a National Sales Executive Search Firm, Paramount Recruiting Partners, LLC is no stranger to networking. Even so, there was one area where they could use an increased presence: online social networking communities.On the heels of launching their corporate blog Peak Performance back in August 2007, the company decided is was time to increase their visibility online and keep the momentum going.

“One of our firm’s key initiatives for 2008 is to build our profile and presence on social networking sites like LinkedIn, MySpace, and Facebook,” said Partner Jeff Radt.

“I want to personally invite anyone and everyone to join any or all of PRP’s exclusive professional networks. Obviously, this is a voluntary program and the decision to join any PRP network is entirely up to you. As everyone knows, signing up is free and if you already have an existing account in any of these communities it only takes a minute or two to send me an email to connect.”

Radt admits that all of their networks on the aforementioned sites are still a work in progress even though he’s spent the last month or so developing them.

“After a month of getting things functional we felt it was ready to let people know where they can find us online. I think I was caught off guard by how much work needed to be done in order to create and develop things the way we envisioned them. I mean, there are plenty of options and tools that can be used that make the process very easy, but the whole thing has been much more time consuming than I anticipated. We’ve often joked that we could’ve hired someone to do the work for us because it can definitely become a full-time job if you let it.”

The agency plans to customize each network for the primary audience they hope to generate through a specific site. For instance, their MySpace pages will be more candidate focused while their Facebook page will be geared to candidates, clients and perhaps even fellow Recruiters. Preliminary data suggests these will be the types of trends they will see.

When asked to tell people why they should consider joining one of PRP’s trusted networks Radt said, “First and foremost, I don’t care whether you’re a candidate or a client, because establishing a partnership with us is a breath of fresh air!
