Okay, so I have to admit that this blogging thing is all very new to me. Usually I do not have time to do this type of thing during the day and I want to leave my computer off when I go home. However, I have really been trying to open up my network even further and take my recruiting to the next level.
The Las Vegas market is so interesting right now, half of this town is laying off and the other half is scrambling like crazy to find good people. I found this article recently, which I thought was a great indication of how LV is always "sheltered" from the rest of the country during ups and downs, even back in 2002 when times were rough.
