I have a webcam @ my desk!

This could get interesting...as soon as I learn how to use it! Live video job postings and updates right from my very own cube. How convenient! I'm even up for doing webcam interviews instead of over the phone. Oh how I love my job!

I just read this post about video interviewing via webcam. It sounds like a interesting concept. Have you performed many interviews this way? What are the pros and cons with this type of interviewing? Thank you for your time.
