Are you looking for a database with tracking, reporting capability for following all activity on a search....or are you looking for a software that allows you to track all activity of everyone in the firm?

We use RecruitMax...now Vurv. It has the capability to connect to your email sysytem and track all activity....we don't use that function, but as you know, as you want the system to do more, it limits modification and requires a higher price point. Sorry, no better suggestions.

thanks..I just finished a demo with cbiz...it looks like a great tracking software program...and the cost is very resonable.
