ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with project team members to create innovative web design concepts utilizing Flash, ActionScript, XML, and HTML.
- Understanding of the design side and ability to provide the technical details and time estimates to project managers on assigned project.
- Assist in determining overall interactive design structure, flow and user experience.
- Integrate and hard code original web user interface designs and graphics and update existing site designs.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Flash MX or higher (7.0, 8.0)
- ActionScript 2.0 or higher
- XML, HTML, CSS
- Strong Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be a team player while being able to "step up" when needed.
