Human resources managers oversee the recruitment, training, and compensation of a company's employees. A business is only as good as the people it employs, so human resources managers strive to ensure a high-quality workforce. This profession attracts people who enjoy the interpersonal aspects of business. Not surprisingly, many human resources professionals have a background or strong interest in psychology, sociology, counseling, or organizational behavior.
Market Research Analyst
A market research analyst assists companies in determining their potential in an industry through gathering and analyzing data of competitors such as pricing, distribution, demographics, sales and needs to potential markets and this career tests strategies to improve a companies market reach.
Economist
An economist researches and analyzes economic issues and advises governments, businesses, and individuals on economic topics.
Loan Officer
Loan officers meet with applicants who wish to borrow and evaluate, recommend, or approve the applications for businesses and people. It also involves unsecured business loans or any type of loans.
