As spring continues to bloom around our headquarters, mindSCOPE Recruiting and Staffing Software is experiencing exciting growth as well. We are expanding and moving towards a bright future with outstanding client roster growth, a pristine office space and a strong team. The first step towards growth was the release of CURA V.6, our applicant tracking system with advanced recruiting CRM capabilities.
mindSCOPE has rolled out CURA V.6 to all users and the reactions and feedback have been overwhelmingly positive. Users are delighted with the vastly improved recruiting CRM module, designed to assist with making data-driven decisions and increasing clients and revenue. CURA’s new automatic integration with Indeed is driving more inbound applicants, increasing CURA applicant tracking system users’ candidate pools. While the Mailchimp integration facilitates communication with candidates and clients through media rich messages and automated send outs. Give our latest press release a read for all the exciting details.
The mindSCOPE Recruiting and Staffing Software head office is also being revitalized this season with an expansion that will include a fresh employee lounge with a permanent home for our ping pong table and collaborative workspace for our incredible team of development wizards. It sure is a fun and exciting time for us, especially for our CEO, Dan Duic, who got the renovations started with some good old sledge hammer swinging, out with the old and in with the new!
The expansion is making room for growth in staff team members. Over the last few months we have had some excellent additions to our implementation, training, sales and development teams. These hires allowed us to extend our support hours, now available from 4:30am to 7pm EST, to offer support in French and expedite our development processes. mindSCOPE will only continue to expand in staff members, watch our blog for periodic staff profiles.
Last but not least, our newly redesigned website is budding with new content, the main sprout being this blog. We are very excited to open up a space for communication and conversation with our users and the recruiting and staffing community. As a vendor of recruitment and staffing software for over 10 years we believe our staff have unique industry insights and perspectives to share. We are also aware that you, our readers, have a lot of content to choose from online and we want to ensure the content in this blog is informative and desired, therefore we have included a short survey at the end of this post to get your thoughts and opinions for future topics.
mindSCOPE is excited to venture on this new path; we hope to interact with you along the journey, help you stay in the know, develop new tactics and strategies, and maybe even one day bring you on board as a CURA ATS and CRM user, if you aren’t one already.
Please take a moment to fill out our short 4 question survey, it shouldn’t take longer than a minute or two to complete. Your time is greatly appreciated.
