The newly renovated Luxury Hotel in Boston Common is looking for an HR Director. This hotel is a sanctuary of modern urban luxury in the heart of one of the nation’s most historic cities.
This is a very hands on position dealing with the day to day functions of 193 room hotel with a small HR office. Responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Human Resources department, in accordance with hotel standards. Must have strong knowledge of government labor regulations. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff.
· 3-5 years experience at DHR level
· 3 years experience at Executive Committee level
· SHRM certification
· Experience in working with labor unions.
· Bonus based on predetermined goals- can vary.
· 20% Bonus

Minimum: $70,290.00 | Maximum: $115,000.00
