Recruiter – answerQUEST Executive Search – Multiple Positions Available
Location – Hollywood, FL
Compensation – Base + Commissions + Bonus

We are seeking an EXPEREINCED recruiter/account executive to TAKE OVER an already developed desk. Very little ramp up time. We have job orders coming in and no one to work on them!!! We have EXCELLENT TRAINING and an office full of highly successful (and highly compensated) mentors to help you become successful.

Responsibilities –
1. Working hard, having fun, and having a great attitude
2. Being on the phone all day, this is a inside sales job
3. Working on a computer, internet, email, etc all day
4. Recruiting executives around the USA
5. Closing large, permanent ($20K on avg.) placements

What you need to be successful here –
1. Must work in the Hollywood office daily
2. MUST have a successful track record in running a full desk on the agency side
3. Have a great attitude, being resilient, and a hard worker
4. Be a great listener, NOT stubborn, willingness to learn
5. You must be assertive, outgoing, and have LITTLE patience
6. Desire to succeed, ultra competitive, and able to multitask
7. Confidence, intelligence and self-motivation
