As a recent applicant for a position with IST Management, the recruiting manager in the Upper Midwest was very rude and obviously not a professional, representing his company. To summarize this occurance, Mr. Charles Beasley responded to my resume in a very offensive manner. Regardless of the current economy, representatives from companies need to be professional in their correspondence.

If you are aware of any companies, who use this business, please inform them this company is nowhere near professional.
