I'm happy to report that Albin Engineering is seeing an increase in our new job orders from clients, interviews, and placements. June was the best month in 2009 and July is off to a fast start. I'm coming up on my 3 month anniversary since joining the firm back in April.

Today we are holding a hiring event in the office for our three (3) open internal sales (account manager) positions with 16 candidates attending. It feels like the good old days and we are picking up steam.

We are worknig well with several split partners now who have been submitting candidates our our open orders and are open to more of these relationships. Since our clients are seeing a tight candidate market they are open to working with us and we in turn are open to partnering as well.
