We've upgraded the Beamery intelligence engine to help you prioritise your time even more efficiently.
Beamery uses data science to automatically highlight priority talent and bring them to your attention. We'll even suggest follow up times to make sure you only spend time speaking to the right candidates, (and never miss a game changing hire!)
We've fundamentally changed the way that companies can use Beamery.
Our new Talent Pools feature will replace the existing candidate view to give recruiters more flexibility over their entire hiring workflow.
Talent Pools let you segment your candidates by vacancy, client or team, making it easy to navigate the platform and find relevant talent.
Increase hiring efficiency by setting up your own candidate stages and custom workflows. For example, rejected candidates can be automatically re-added to your general pool and considered for other roles.
Share pools with consultants to help you fill tough roles, add clients to view candidates that you're proposing and invite hiring managers or team members to help discuss vacancies and hire collaboratively.
We've improved the way that our platform manages specific vacancies.
Companies can now create and share new vacancies. Vacancies can be shared externally with clients, directly assigned to a recruiter, or owned by a team in your company.
Beamery gives you instant insight into the status of every vacancy. Our overview shows you how many candidates you have at each stage and makes it easy to see when it's necessary to find more talent.
