The quickest way is to get the job description and search for behaviors for which you anticipate the prospective employer is asking.
There are no right or wrong answers.
The interviewer is trying to understand how you behaved in a given situation. Your response determines if there is a fit between your skills and the position available.
So listen carefully, be clear and detailed when you respond, and most importantly, be honest.
