As I speak to potential independent recruiters who are considering joining my company, Alleanza Partners, I'm finding that less than 5% of them currently carry any type of professional business insurance - either EPLI (Employer Professional Liability Insurance) or E&O (Errors and Omissions) insurance.

So - I'm doing a bit of an impromptu survey.  If you are a small business owner / independent recruiter, do YOU carry any form of professional insurance?
