Can anyone help me with Competency based test for the recruitment. I am looking to have a test to identify pro activeness, accomplishment and comprehension.
Check out the "Predictive Index" assessment. I've used it in the past and overall it gives you a very detailed look into the candidates preferences, abilities, style, how they'll work with others, needs, likes, dislikes, and if they are matched correctly for your job opening. You can Google the name and you will find resources who can come out and train you on the product. It's one of the best that I've used and not time consuming to administrate.
