Our client is looking to bring on a Director-Level individual to manage BOTH Application Development & Infrastructure.
You must have experience managing developers and network / systems analysts.

Director of IT Services

Responsibilities:
• Business-oriented approach to systems design and development: Provide strategic direction that will allow the business to leverage IT effectively
• Responsible for all project management planning and oversight
• Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 IT professionals
• Provide management oversight of hardware, software and network infrastructure, as well as ensuring processes are documented and updated
Qualifications:
• 10-12 years of proven IT management experience, preferably in the publication industry
• Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or business
• Exceptional communications and people management skills obtained through experience of leading a team of IT professionals
• Experience with hardware such as: iSeries (AS/400); CISCO; Nortel Telephone Systems; Exchange Server; PC Servers and Network
• Experience with software such as: DB2; Websphere; Oracle; Formscape
