Because the economy hasn't turned around yet, many college students and graduates are looking in a different direction. No longer is there an expectation of "having that dream job" when graduating from college. I am seeing many 19-22 year olds becoming entrepreneurs more than ever before. Many of the people that I connect with in the business/entrepreneur world are seeing the same thing. College students are to be commended to looking into a "Plan B" for the future and not waiting to see what happens after they graduate. I know of college students that haven't even graduated yet becoming executive directors with the company that I am with and that's just a wonder thing! By the time some of them reach the age of 25, they will already be rich!
