FYI--attempting to pursue the link you provided I got the following alert: 

404 : Resource Not Found

We were unable to find the resource you requested.

Occasionally we miscode a link... these are the ones we need to know about so we can correct the Web site.

Valentino, Thanks for the follow up. The Link to Hirestrategy works fine, did not realize the image for Business Week was a hyperlink and removed that. Should be fine now.
