Electronic signatures - do they help the recruitment process?

Software solutions have revolutionised the recruitment process over recent years, for both in-house and agency recruiters. But, as with anything, some processes don’t catch up as quick as others.

Enter paper-based processes. These will be the most time consuming parts of a recruiter's role. Think registering new candidates, creating unique contracts for offers of employment, tracking and signing off timesheets, internal hiring & onboarding showing procedure compliance - these things take time, can feel inefficient and over time are expensive. As well as cutting out any time spent chasing candidates or clients.  Then, to answer the question; “do electronic signatures help the recruitment process?”, I answer yes.
