Ways to simplify the hiring process.  I know you all think of ways to eliminate your time reviewing resumes but never know of a simple solution.  I would say it takes two to three hours to review resumes and then another 15 minutes to narrow that search.  Once this search has been narrowed to ten individuals then you begin calling.  This search is now narrowed down to five applicants.  These five are then submitted for interviews.  During the interview, process it is discovered the individual does not know what the resume states.  What are ways to eliminate this process, narrow the time to search, learn the character of the applicant, and does he truly know what his resume states?  Can this be done?  What can a resume tell us about an individual and as a recruiter what do you want to know about the applicant?
