In the U.S. more than 200 job seekers, on average, apply to each new job posting. With limited time, over 80% of employers now use applicant tracking systems (ATSs) that allow them to automate the process of screening resumes. One such application growing in popularity is semantic technology which ranks candidates based on the relevance of their experiences. To test the effectiveness of Resunate among employers, the Careerimp team recently conducted a blind study across multiple open positions that found Resunate resumes were 100% more likely to be selected for an interview than non-Resunate resumes with identical backgrounds.
